Built on the Regulator's own categories
Housing types, void categories, and survey tracking all follow the Regulator of Social Housing's Statistical Data Return definitions, so what you record day to day already matches how you have to report it.

- Voids classified as available, temporarily unavailable, or permanently unavailable for letting, with a full history of when each changed.

Providere is currently free to use while the software is in development. Once Providere is ready for general launch, we will give at least 30 days' notice before any paid plans are introduced.
